I really like this idea. Pre-commitment: I will have one of these days between now and April 1st. (The long time period is to include spring break, as there's a chance I'll be forced to do something old every day due to my rather busy schedule)

There are a number of different directions one could go with this prompt. Don't think I'm going to follow the traveling suggestion as the distance I can currently get in a day isn't enough to let me experience a new place. Perhaps I'll explore an academic discipline I have not seen before, try to find new questions to ask, or new people to ask them. Meals might take some planning.

Is there anyone who has tried this before that wants to share their story here?
