Made life-changing amounts of money. (If you include the coins.)

I discovered the idea of Bitcoin rather early on, via LessWrong.

From there, the Cypherpunks mailing list. The Hal Finney connection. The Wei Dai connection.

This was interesting stuff. I did some mental arithmetic. Started optimizing for coins. (Thanks, Clippy!)

With only limited success, or so it seemed. Some time passed.

And with every passing day, Bitcoin didn't die.

And here we are.

I've been wondering what effect joining lesswrong and reading the sequences has on people.

How has lesswrong changed your life?

What have you done differently?

What have you done?
