Is there a reasonably well researched list of behaviors that correlate positively with lifespan?

Depends on what you'd call "well-researched" but, unfortunately, most of it is fuzzy platitudes. For example:

  • Do physical exercise. But not too much.
  • Be happy, avoid stress.
  • Get happily married.
  • Don't get obese.

and most importantly

  • Choose your parents well, their genes matter :-P

If it's worth saying, but not worth its own post (even in Discussion), then it goes here.
