Community Conflict Amblings

The part of community management that continues to catch people by surprise and be unusually thorny even after a lot of problem solving is community conflict.

That's a broad heading.

Some day I might make this sequence pointed, cleanly structured, and building to something specific. At present, it's more of a work in progress, sketching out the problem and the patterns I've observed, a bit of a magpie's nest of things I think contribute to understanding this domain a little better.
