From January of 2017 through January of 2018, Chicago Rationality met weekly at either the University of Chicago or Harold Washington Library. The format of almost all events was to discuss assigned readings. We also held two large SSC meetups, which were more social, and a few applied rationality training sessions.

Anyone is welcome to organize a rationalist-adjacent event of any type (not just a reading group) under the banner of Chicago Rationality.
