You're right! And yes, it's on the other side of the park, so apart from (perhaps) slightly higher occupancy of the park than usual, we should not notice it. (And the book fair will be an excellent activity for those with time and energy to stay in the park after our meetup! → https://www.ferialibromadrid.com/ )
I did check that the there are no events at the puppet theatre at that date and time, btw.
Setting this date because a few members of the EA/rationality community in Madrid have already settled on that date and said that that would work for most of us.
I'm open to changing the date and time to accommodate more people (and Scott himself).
