I gave this a go today using chat gpt to help me refactor a Spanish learning goal that had gotten a bit stale. I am very happy with the resulting plan and am looking forward to seeing how this changes things. I had been spending a lot of time on this goals (about an hour a day) and felt progress was slowing. I have achieved a lot, but want to get the best out of every session. Enjoying the series so far. I write daily in an online (private) journal that I have made. That activity seems to fit well with the ideas being put forward here. The journal notes are somewhere for me to strengthen my recall of concepts and make notes about what I am doing about these things. 

My journal generates embeddings, so that I can chat to my journal later and ask it things about my progress here - or anything else I have written about.
