The campaign volunteer opportunities include phone banking and door knocking as well as training on an app (Raise) that supports relational organizing. Basically it cross references your phone’s contacts with the campaign’s list of registered voters and shows you who you know in the district to potentially reach out to. This dovetails with your recommendation above to reach out to people you know in the district.
