I fully agree with your TOC. However I think a citizens' movement cannot be developped by one single organisation. It needs a coalition of civil society organisations, trade unions,consumers groups, parents and teachers associations and so on. We tried together to encourage this at the french level with Hiatus, but unfortunately the will to develop the coalition (and in practice the capacity to support a part-time secretariat) has been lacking. I wish we could bring this message together to next IASEIA affiliate meeting on the 8th of September.
