I think that in the literal sense "panology" could also contain terms like "ideology", "mythology" etc. Logos in this sense means also "thought" or "reason".
The systematic or formalized thought on anything is "-logy". Better term for "study of everything" could be for instance "pantomathy" because it automatically suggests focus on research and learning.
