I have not heard and can not make a compelling case for why LLMisms improve readability in any situation. It is likely that they do in some, but none that I can think of.
Having read the style quite a bit—from the lions mouth—I've grown so tired of it, that I have difficulty understanding the text I'm reading. Although this could be because hard to read LLM outputs have negative utility and effortfully reading them never seems like a better idea than asking for a re-write.
