It appears not, we have the studies that show training can reverse those epigenetic clocks, via stress adaptation, and the studies that show exercise accelerates the rate of actual cellular aging. As you would put it, exercise trades fitness for what you are calling health. I know that wasn't your intention to have the field taken over by fitness buffs, but the flawed nature of the clocks appear to have enabled this.
