A small group of entitled humans with sufficient collective authority in a society implements the above 'cocktail' long before Super-intelligent AI is created, using existing AI+Robotics to replace working-class people in the existing industrial systems.
Requirements: All this requires is for the working class to sufficiently automate key industrial systems.
