An Astral Codex Ten meetup is happening on Tuesday, 16. of May from 18:00.
The meeting will happen on the patio of the tea house Dharmasala on Karlín Square. In case of poor weather it will be moved inside. There will be catering.
You are welcome to come even if you can/want speak only English or only Czech.
A few optional icebreakers and other activities are planned.
And remember like Scott says: “If you’re reading this, you’re invited. Please don’t feel like you “won’t be welcome” just because you’re new to the blog, demographically different from the average reader, or hate ACX and everything it stands for. You’ll be fine!”
On Thursday, October 6, at 6:00 pm, there will be a meetup for people interested in Astral Codex Ten blog.
There will be some fully-optional activities to help us getting to know each other, like speed-friendsmaking.
The meeting will be held in the garden of the dharmasala tea house. In case of bad weather we will go inside. Refreshments will be available.
It is great to go even if you speak only English.
Remember, as Scott says, "Please feel free to come even if you feel awkward, even if you're not a "typical ACX reader", even if you're afraid people won't like you, etc., etc., etc."

I found Meanings of Life by Roy Baumeister very helpful to sort out what exactly to expect from meaning of life and how to get it. It is somewhat interdisciplinary but primarily a psychological study of what people who have a sense of meaning in life mean by it and how they acquire it. In style, it reminds me of a book-length Much More Than You Wanted To Know post on ACX.
