Sorry, I don't understand, what do you want me to do. To be true, this is my first experience of any foreign publication. I have more than 100 publications in Russia on cyber security and risk management problems. Some of them were translated and published in English by USA publishers without any of my engagement. So, I don't know all requirements, restrictions and rules in the field. In that publication I only want to explain, that there are some principal entities and criteria for mankind future, which are ignored today all over the world. And it’s very dangerous and therefore important to explain it to such many people in the world as I can, especially to scientists.

Thank you very much for your recommendations. I have tried to follow them. I hope I managed to resolve the problem with yandex.ru/narod.ru popup ad. If it's so, please, un-ban and publish my article. If any technical problems still exist, please, inform me . Also I want to say, that I am trying to find co-author to publish articles in English. I'll be happy to cooperate with anyone, who can help me to match the requirements of good English for scientific publications.

Why insane? May be my Enlish is poor to express my ideas on it? But what exectly is insane? My ideas are popular in some scientific circles in Russia. I want to understand where my translation is not clear? From the other hand there were many new ideas that was exclaimed as insane at the begining of their appearence. May be this is the case? And where do you find advertising JavaScript, I don't see it.
