Thanks for the wholesome knowledge on the key muscles. My current physical status is that my right side muscles are all in tightened state (from foot to brain, I can feel it). I want to use myself as a subject to solve this issue so that the resulted knowledge can be further shared with others (on this platform and beyond). Initially when I was diagnosed with scoliosis, I did various strengthening and stretching exercises for the localized muscles as per Physical Therapist guidance but the issue never got resolved (unfortunately got worsened). I later understood that the body should be looked as a whole when treating any physical (thereby mental) issue. So, this article is very helpful in understanding on which muscles to focus when breathing as breathing the right way will resolve any issues as per my belief similar to 'Feel'ing as mentioned in this article.
I would like to ask your guidance on how to counterbalance the tightness (most prominent part of my issue) in right Rectus Femoris. In the short term, I am planning to focus on Rectus Abdominis and pelvic floor (perform root lock as a result).
