It was there though the original pdf link is broken now.

I've seen Moldbug post of graph of assaults/stabbings etc... in England from 1900 to 2000. It went up by a factor of 30. You also have to consider that modern tech allows for the consequences of violence to be ameliorated. It's genuinely hard to compare today to the past because we don't live there and we have to rely on others accounts of it.

James Altucher, the serial entrepreneur and chess champ, has a great podcast. Recently he interviewed Geoffrey Miller, the evolutionary psychologist who wrote the Mating Mind. The other episodes feature guests that dispense advice relating to business, life, entrepreneurship etc... Itunes link :https://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/the-james-altucher-show/id794030859?mt=2

Roderick on the Line is an entertaining podcast, mainly because John Roderick is a quirky storyteller with a lot of stories to tell. https://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/roderick-on-the-line/id471418144?mt=2

I've recently been looking into nootropics and other brain supplements. I've come up with this "stack".

1 = one pill at standard dosage

2 fish oil caps / 1 tablespoon of flaxseed oil 1 Uridine 1 Phosphatidylserine 1 B-complex 1 Alpha-GPC : choline source (optional) 1 Acetyl L-Carnitine : choline source and antioxidant 1 Alpha Lipoic Acid : antioxidant

NGF + BDNF increasers: 1 lion's mane 1 ashwaganda 1 bacopa 1 curcumin 95% (tumeric) 5% piperine (black pepper)

St. Rev on twitter believes that the test is likely a hoax due to the way to was formatted vs. other tests at the time. There was still likely some test that was aimed at disenfranchisement but given the lack of evidence that it was real I'd say he might be right about this particularly unbelievable one one being a fake.

For the girls you're probably interested in, i.e. intellectual curious, nerdy, nice girls, you don't need to be super fit, just not overweight. Most of the attraction comes from conversation, in which you engage in a mutual storytelling process. Have an interesting hobby, show off your humor and creativity. That's what worked for me.
