I am a bit skeptical that Facebook comments regarding this are actually read. So I am copying the one I made three days ago here:
Drill holes around the periphery that the silicone can ooze through so that there is a mechanical connection rather than adhesive. You can flatten the ooze to make it neater/more resistant to pulling out.
Buy a mold, buy bulk chocolate that you like, melt and temper it. Possibly you could also make little, mouth-sized puddles of tempered chocolate instead of using a mold.
