I think I’ve internalized the idea that if I want to succeed, almost every minute of my waking life should somehow be devoted to getting there. If I spend some time scrolling social media, replying to messages, wandering around, or simply doing nothing, it can feel as though I’ve committed some kind of moral failure and now need to make up for it.
