Great article, very interesting to read. I cook a lot in the microwave. For potatoes, I peel about 3-4 potatoes, cut them into four long slices of equal size, and place them in a jar with a capacity of about 500 ml. Then I add about 50 ml of salt water, close the jar, and shake it well so that all the potatoes are well coated. I open the jar and leave the lid loosely on top (lid can be metal, as long as it has no sharp corners, Don't close the jar!). Then I put it in the microwave for about 5-6 minutes.
