Aside: May I suggest that all "meetup" posts be removed to their own thread (or perhaps a calendar on a separate portion of the site) so that our RSS feeds aren't littered with irrelevant meeting appointments?
Most of us aren't going to be able to make more than one meetup every few months, whether because the locations or times are inconvenient. With the plethora of meetup posts then, few, if any, will be relevant to most of us,
