This is a very informal social meetup for anyone in the community!
We will be facilitating group conversations online so that community members can connect with each other.
Depending on who joins, we might use breakout rooms to allow for small group conversations as well as full group conversations.
Having a high-speed internet connection will make this a more valuable experience!
Suggested, highly optional topic:
"What can we do about this biorisk and future ones?"
At about 7:05 PM, the host will likely set the context for the meeting and welcome everyone.

Getting the most out of the event:
Try to be authentic. Try to be especially friendly. This event is for meeting new people and having good conversations with others in the EATO community.
New members are heavily encouraged to break through those awkwardness barriers because this event will basically just be a hangout!
Please feel free to come even if you feel awkward about it, even if you’re not ‘the typical EA Toronto member’, even if you’re worried people won’t like you, etc.
Newcomers and guests are welcome!

Arrive on time to work out your tech problems, get a quick welcome, and to meet organizers and ask for a brief introduction to the EA & EATO communities if you'd like to learn more.
Having tech problems? Go to zoom.us, google your problem, or as a last resort, text or call Colin's Number - four one six, then 556, then seven 64 two - if you have any questions, concerns, confessions, and suggestions.

Events normally get about 10-15 attendees.
