This week, we'll be meeting to discuss nuclear security.

We'll be discussing the podcast episode How To Avoid Catastrophic Nuclear Blunders, which is about ways to prevent nuclear accidents and use of nuclear weapons. It'll be convenient if you listen to the podcast or read the transcript, but we'll summarize the podcast for anyone who hasn't.

We meet and start hanging out at 6:30pm. There's a group food order at 6:45. The official meetup topic starts at 7:00 and runs until ~8:30.

Come meet people interested in rationality and effective altruism, and feel free to come even if you've never been to a meetup before or didn't RSVP. Vegan and non-vegan dinner will be served, on us!
