This April, meetups around the world are being organized by what many of us consider a favourite blog: Astral Codex Ten, née Slate Star Codex. The format of ours is open discussion and beers, plus games! This coinciding with 4/20 (and this being Vancouver and all), we'll have some discussion of drugs and rationality, and have two reading suggestions: this post from Slate Star Codex, and a book chapter pointed to in the Facebook event. Games include Mafia to help new folks get to know people. 🙂
