We sit in a circle, every person gets to be on the "hot seat" for 5-10 minutes depending on the number of people. The person sets a limit on how "spicy" they want the questions to get, then everyone just asks them quick questions for the duration (the responder is allowed to pass on questions that are too difficult/personal). The emphasis is on honesty from both sides: the crowd should only ask things they're genuinely curious about in the moment, the responder should give quick and honest answers.
