**Discussion**: We will be reviewing the good (and bad!) of the first IRAD, as well as start to put together some of the plans for the next conference. We will also be discussing other potential rationality- and group-based activities, including potentially bringing back the idea of RAT Camp (Rationality discussions in a camp-like setting).
