Job Duties
- Make 2 – 5 high-leverage short-form posts per day on x.com, as well as 1-2 longer-form posts per months on Substack/Mediuml/LinkedIn
- Distill research on evolutionary psychology and relationship science into shareable content
- Track growth analytics using in-app dashboards and work with executive team to iterate on social strategy
- Surface data-backed insights to the founding team so we can incorporate it into brand messaging
- Help cultivate and maintain an intelligent, no-nonsense, but compassionate brand voice
- Manage first layer of PR and public communications - field inbound DMs, etc.

Must-Haves
- Demonstrated writing chops
- Measurable traction (≥5k followers) on at least one social platform
- Fluency in evolutionary psychology, statistics, psychometrics, or some hard-science domain—enough to read and intelligently engage with studies
- Interest in and familiarity with the human mating/dating space
