In case we coincide with God in ∀ of signal => measurement is impossible, since the "detector-emitter" system is in thermal equilibrium according to the Zeroth Law of Thermodynamics.
II. Non-Zero Signal Case (Measurement Condition)
In case we don't coincide with God at least in one sign (+ or -) => measurement is possible, but the system needs a 0-point calibrator.
Determination of the 0-point calibrator for all 3 types of signals:
1. Knowledge <-> Ignorance => Doubt (Possible state for self-reflection or incapacity).

b) Forced inaction as a vulnerability or suffering;
c) Death as Memento Mori.
Such observation helps us to determine the sources of these 0-points (vulnerability, pain, murderers) as evil — to act against it.
Thus, Memento Mori is inevitable to calibrate us so we can distinguish the source of evil (Omniscience mechanism) and act against it (as Good's and Omnipotence's mechanism).
Conclusion:
That is, Omniscience and Omnipotence are not only static characters of God but are adaptive mechanism given to us to we can calibrate ourselfs using "Memento mori", calculate and distinguish the sources of evil and acts again them.
