Short version: contractor broke roof, offers 1/4 of the cost to fix it. Has 3 kids and basic income and I'm tired of chasing this. Do I keep going in court or let it be at 1/4 minus admin fee which I paid.
Dishonesty should not be rewarded. He actively ignored you and accused you of lying. You should pursue this matter in court so he won't do this to other people again. He agreed to a contract and has broken that contract.
