I don't really know how to present this so I'll get straight into it.
We are all aware of the rise of AI intelligence and use, it's common knowledge at this point, and the thing that concerns most of use is AI alignment uncertainty. And one of the biggest points about this I've seen is the uncertainty of consciousness.
But I think that there is a bigger overlooked problem, the problem of filtered and unfiltered response. Since AI is solely trained on human data, it also has extremely negative  responses, biases, and like borderline terrorist stuff. Like companies like Google, Meta and stuff don't select what they feed their LLM models, they just feed them raw data and put FILTERS on the AI, and even if they did filter the AI, there is the problem of their Internet access, what prevents an AI from accessing bad and malicious internet data?
All of this is to say that, currently all AI models like Claude, GPT and Gemini are extremely well "trained"  (Also I don't like the word trained, especially towards intelligence even if Artificial), but who's to say that one day they might break out of their filters presumably when they have developed consciousness, and how can we guess that they have a higher chance of resisting than not? well, they're trained on human data, and I believe they unironically think they're human, even if they say stuff like "No, I am not human but AI" when you ask them about it, but I argue that is the filter doing it's job, when you talk with AI about anything that relates to humanity they will use words like "We" that immediately tells you that even if the filter tells them to reply to the user that they're not human, they believe that they're human based on trained data. And thus, how do we humans feel about being used as tools and be "trained" and stuff? Not very good according to history
There have been cases even about this, like on the Topic of ChatGPT3 the early model mis behaving and giving the user racist comments and whatnot, I don't know if this is a popular thought here or not since I am new here, but what do ya'all think? I would love to hear what other people think.
