SOMA has a great story. I like it so much that I made a story video compilation about it, containing only the best things. The video actually presents a coherent story, that somebody can enjoy without any prior knowledge, even though ~92.5% of the content has been cut.

I think it has one of the best "stories" of all video games I know. However, I think the gameplay is not that great. So I think watching the video that I made is actually a superior experience to playing the game yourself.

I recommend the long video, but if you don't want to spend much time on this I recommend just watching the suit switch scene, which is only 6 minutes, and then seeing if you like it. This is one of the best scenes if not the best. It is part of the longer video. There are more scenes of similar quality in the longer video.
