I'm recalling a Less Wrong post about how rationality only leads to winning if you "have enough of it". Like if you're "90% rational", you'll often "lose" to someone who's only "10% rational". I can't find it. Does anyone know what I'm talking about, and if so can you link to it?

I'm not sure if this is appropriate to ask. If not, let me know.

New to LessWrong?

This should probably be asked on the open thread.

But, perhaps Why Our Kind Can't Cooperate?

That isn't it. It wasn't by Eliezer Yudowsky.

Thanks, I'll delete this and repost on the open thread.

Being Half-Rational About Pascal's Wager is Even Worse is specific to Pascal's Mugging, but maybe it's what you're thinking of?

Or, less likely, maybe you're thinking of Rationality and Winning?

That isn't it. Thanks though. I'm gonna delete this and repost it on the open thread (more appropriate there).
