The change now is faster in pace and purely dynamic in nature. The Organizational change management needs a consideration of a visit to drawing boards. The change isn't "Static-freeze-unfreeze"- the nature of change has been transformed into dynamic forms as we gear-up for an Agentic AI led workforces. 

We are not equipped to be 'aware' of nature of the change or the reasoning that is at the helm of the decision making ability of the AI. With respect to Agentic AIs and envisioned AI driven workforces. We need a robust mechanism to adopt the dynamic nature of AI decision making abilities and factors influencing it to equally analyze and deliver management solutions. 

The highlighted area of knowledge is at the forefront of reasoning while we can identify several recent published research, mentioning the need for 'consideration of the dynamic nature of the change'.
