[Proposal] Recursive Ontology: A Formal Derivation of Spacetime, Agency, and Teleology from Finite Quantum Cellular Automata

Epistemic Status: Exploratory / High Variance. This post summarizes "The Omega Library," a 5-volume open-source theoretical framework. It attempts a "clean-slate" derivation of fundamental physics starting from information-theoretic axioms. While I strive for mathematical rigor (utilizing Von Neumann Algebras and Category Theory), the later sections on Agency and Teleology are necessarily speculative. I utilized LLMs (Gemini 4 Pro, ChatGPT 6 Pro simulations) for adversarial stress-testing of these axioms.

Abstract

Current fundamental physics suffers from a "schizophrenia" between the smooth, deterministic geometry of General Relativity and the discrete, probabilistic algebra of Quantum Mechanics. The standard approach has been to "quantize gravity." This project attempts the inverse: to geometrize information.

I propose a discrete ontology based on Quantum Cellular Automata (QCA) constrained by Finite Information. From this substrate, I argue that:

1. Spacetime emerges as an error-correction code for entanglement.
2. Gravity is an entropic force derived from the statistical mechanics of the network.
3. Agency (Consciousness) is a topological phase transition (a $Z_2$holonomy) characterized by self-reference.
4. The Universe does not Halt: Based on Gödelian incompleteness, the "Heat Death" is a local equilibrium, not a global terminal state.

This is not just a theory of "what happens"; it is a theory of "who is watching."
