Sazen

Duncan Sabien created the concept of "Sazen"; a phrase that acts as a pointer to a more complicated concept, but isn't enough to communicate that concept on its own.

Many sazen are simple to learn; "The ideology is not the movement" is a pointer, but I can just link to the original essay if you don't understand what it's referencing. But what about more complicated concepts? There are some insights I can't communicate in words; or, rather, I can, but I don't expect anyone to understand those words unless they've made the mistake I'm warning them against, first.

This sequence is meant to be a collection of these insights; the kind of thing that won't stop you from making the first mistake, but might help you recognize the pattern quickly.
