Meet inside The Shops at Waterloo Town Square - we will congregate in the indoor seating area next to the Your Independent Grocer with the trees sticking out in the middle of the benches (pic) at 7:00 pm for 20 minutes, and then head over to my nearby apartment's amenity room. If you've been around a few times, feel free to meet up at the front door of the apartment at 7:30 instead.
For this week's meetup, we'll be trying to get to the bottom of this microplastics thing, and experimenting with group research formats. How worried should you be about microplastics? What are the easy ways to reduce microplastic contamination? Are the guidelines for max intake amounts legit?
Bring your laptops and help us figure it out.
We'll spend the first 30 minutes hammering out a research agenda, then spend 90 minutes on research. Then we'll have 30 minutes to share our findings at the end.
If you have questions you'd like answered at the meetup, add them to the meetup agenda in this google doc (password is the same as the discord password). Also add in sources that you think are reasonably legit starting points for research.
