Now, my inner simulation of you reading this thinks that the technique of this chapter probably sounds familiar. We'll discuss the research backing up the ideas, but the action I'll be hoping for from you is: choosing a specific goal which you would like to publicly commit to unleashing your best "Murphyjitsu" on.
