It's the biannual megameetup! If you only want to go to one or two Kitchener-Waterloo Rationality events a year, consider making it out to this one.
We'll be meeting in the Waterloo Public Library Main Branch Auditorium – https://plus.codes/86MXFF8G+94G . This is next to the children's books area, on the ground floor.
There is no planned activity or discussion; we'll hang out and vibe, and if the weather is nice we might go for a walk around nearby Waterloo Park at 8:30.
I’ll bring some snacks and order food for the group (likely pizza), but feel free to bring your own food if you’d like.
RSVPing (either here or in the Discord) would be helpful for organizing this, but if you weren't able to RSVP beforehand, please show up anyway!
If you're new here, welcome! KWR hosts free weekly meetups, and we have a website. The events are canonically posted on LessWrong, and we also have a meetup page for folks that find that more convenient.
We have an active discord group as well, but invitations are limited to people who have come to at least one in-person event, so you'll get the invite only if you show up 🙂
Historically, around 8-15 people have come to the KW Schelling meetups, so you should expect around that many people to show up for this one.
