As rationalists, we are striving to level up, to become better at who we are. We have collected methods to become more motivated, more focussed, more productive, even more happy. Almost all aspects of our lives are touched by other people. As part of our development, we often have to communicate our needs, our decisions and sometimes our discomfort to other people. In this dojo, we are going to introduce a framework to understand communication more deeply to enable us to be better communicators, negotiators, friends and partners, to engage more successfully with other people and to better understand what we bring to the conversation.
