Rejected for the following reason(s):
- No LLM generated, assisted/co-written, or edited work.
- We are sorry about this, but submissions from new users that are mostly just links to papers on open repositories (or similar) have usually indicated either crackpot-esque material, or AI-generated speculation.
- Insufficient Quality for AI Content.

I'm a telecommunications engineer with 20+ years of experience building distributed network systems and AI-based anomaly detection for large-scale telecom infrastructure.
I developed a theoretical framework I'm calling the Recursive Cognitive Architecture (RCA).
The three core ideas are entropy-based routing (nodes escalate under uncertainty rather than hallucinate), self-supervised physics (physical prediction error as loss function), and Proof of Reality (a decentralized economic protocol incentivizing distributed sensorimotor experience collection).
I've published it as a preprint on Zenodo.

I expect pushback and I welcome it.
