It will likely be crap (if it even happens) so we need to push push push outreach (see Maxime's "Crunch Time Is Now. Drop Everything" post for suggestions).
Reaching out to an existing org may be too slow at this point; instead consider just reaching out to relevant executive branch staff/congresspeople/journalists individually.
