I think it's really important to have this sort of log of the evolution of one's beliefs and would strongly encourage others to do things similar to this instead of just deleting old content they don't agree with anymore. Recontextualize old content and describe how you've updated on it instead of just hiding the uncomfortable beliefs of the past; that seems like the more honest and mature thing to do.
