Ever unsure how to go about to get yourself to do a new behavior or how to motivate yourself to do something?

There’s no magic pill, but there are techniques that, if you practice them, can go a long way. TAPs (Trigger-Action Plans) is a CFAR technique to design how you go about doing things in your life. Mental contrasting is a technique to generate motivation for things you think you should do.
