Dr Anders Sandberg, from the Oxford Future of Humanity Institute, will be discussing the scientific, ethical and social challenges and the possible futures of cognitive enhancement.

At the beginning, Anders mentions that the presentation includes material not discussed previously, so the talk might be of interest even to folks already familiar with his work in this area. (I have myself only watched the first ten minutes, so I can't really comment on this.)
