There's a reference in the footnotes of Schelling p. 116 to a paper by Goffman, "On Face-Work" (Psychiatry 18:224, 1955). The same article was republished in Goffman's book Interaction Ritual (1967).

I’ve never posted a question here, as to be honest, I’m a little intimidated. On page 128 of Schelling’s ‘Strategy of Conflict’, he refers to Erving Goffman. In the footnote, he refers to ‘Goffman’s paper’, but nothing more. Does anyone know the full reference, because it’s killing me that I can’t find it. Thank you very much in advance :)
