The Nordic Council[1] recommends that Nordic governments “evaluate the risks of the development of superintelligent artificial intelligence and pursue the development of international regulations that effectively prevent or limit the development of superintelligent artificial intelligence.”
This is one non-binding recommendation among many in the new Nordic Council Strategy for Societal Security.[2]
