A bunch of LWers I know are going to DEFCON this year - we're surely not the only ones! If you're at the conference or otherwise in the Las Vegas area, come join us for a meetup before things get too busy.

Discussion prompt: What's the relation between the stuff talked about at DEFCON and that on LessWrong?

• When: 5-7pm PDT, Thu. Aug. 11, 2022
  • There's other stuff going on later in the evening so we won't want to linger too long.
• Where: Forum Food Court at Caesars Palace (3570 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109)
  • See map here (on which north is down). The Forum Food Court is on the ground floor near the northern edge of the casino (but before you get to the Forum Shops), across from The Colosseum.
