I just stumbled across this youtube "lecture series" by Trond Reitan which looks as a promising intro to Bayesian statistics   http://www.youtube.com/trondreitan. Curious what others here think, could be a good resource to refer people to. Look for the "reasoning under uncertainty" playlist on the right.
