The only error I noticed is the claim in the video description that some tasks were intentionally impossible. METR's report (footnote 9) says that this was not intentional: determining whether a given vulnerability can actually be exploited in a given piece of software is hard. In the video itself they do say that the tasks were often impossible by accident.
