If it's in a private posting space, probably not unless the quality of posts also drops. If it's in a forum or other shared posting space, quite likely yes even if the quality doesn't drop.
It depends on the goals. And, in particular, on whether you’d prefer to engage with immediate feedback from the readers, or whether it would interfere with the flow of your thoughts.
For example, when I was doing a HalfHaven, I’ve created a secondary separate blog (on Dreamwidth, a Livejournal clone), and after it was over, I’ve created an overview post on what is currently my main Dreamwidth blog. But I wanted to think out loud in a publicly accessible space for a few weeks, rather than to engage with readers in real time…
I'm guessing if someone is following you in particular, they'd be at least neutral to seeing significantly more of your posts, and may be very happy. I have some writers I follow who write too fast for me to read and it just means I'll never get around to reading it all.
This isn't a post, just a question.
With Inkhaven 3 and NaNoWriMo approaching, it's got me thinking about writing challenges. Inkhaven's challenge, if I understand it correctly, is to write a new blog post every single day for thirty days.
I'm wondering, if I were to attempt this: Would my (small number of) subscribers be annoyed by this volume of posts? Would it be wiser to start up an experimental secondary blog to post these?
I'm curious to know perspectives from those who've actually
enduredenjoyed this trial.
